For home care agencies that need caregivers

Fill every shift with caregivers
who show up.

We put your job in front of local caregivers on Facebook and Instagram, screen everyone who applies, and hand you a list of people to call. You do the hiring. We do the finding.

What we actually do

The caregivers you want usually aren't searching Indeed. They're on Facebook, not looking for a job. We get your job in front of them and hand you the ones who raise their hand.

Example walkthrough. Names are made up.

Your part

  • One 15-minute call to tell us your pay, shifts and area
  • Give a thumbs up on the ads
  • Call the people who apply

Our part

  • Write the ads and make the images and short videos
  • Build the screening questions
  • Set everything up on your Facebook ad account
  • Check the ads every day, cut the losers and push the winners
  • Send you a short daily update: applicants, spend, cost per applicant

You never log in to Ads Manager or learn anything new.

The problem

Sound familiar?

Every open shift is a client you can't serve. Job boards only reach people who are searching today, and the best caregivers usually aren't.

75%

Median yearly caregiver turnover in home care. For most agencies, hiring never really stops.

Getting started

Ads live in 48 hours.

Facebook has strict rules for job ads: no targeting by age, gender or ZIP code. So the filtering happens inside the ad and the application.

1

A 15-minute kickoff

You tell us your roles, pay, shifts and service area. Nothing about how you hire has to change.

2

Ads live in 48 hours

We make 6 ads that lead with your real pay, city and shifts. You approve every one, and they run on your own ad account.

3

Screened applicants daily

A short form asks about certification, transportation and availability. You get a live list of people ready for a call.

4

We tune, you hire

We cut what isn't working and push what is. You get a one-line update each day with applicants, spend and cost per applicant.

The ads

The ad does the screening.

  • Pay, city and shift up front, so the wrong people scroll past and the right ones stop.
  • Four quick questions about certification, transportation, shifts and experience before anyone reaches you.
  • Built for Facebook's job-ad rules, which keeps your ad account safe.
  • Your brand, your account, your data. Ad money goes from your card straight to Meta.

Examples shown for illustration. The pay, perks and wording are always yours.

The 14-day pilot

15 qualified applicants in 14 days,
or you don't pay us.

We're new, and we'd rather prove it than pitch it. You only cover the ads, usually $300–500 for the two weeks, paid straight to Meta.

Our fee for the pilot$0

unless you get 15+ qualified applicants.

What "qualified" means

Certified or willing to get certified, has reliable transportation, and can work a shift you need.

Either way

You keep every applicant. Hit 15 and you choose whether to continue. Miss it and you owe us nothing.

Pricing

Simple monthly plans after the pilot.

Month to month. Cancel anytime with 7 days' notice. Ad spend is separate and goes from your account straight to Meta.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do you guarantee hires?

No. We guarantee qualified applicants during the pilot. Hiring depends on how fast your team calls people back. Same-day calls make the biggest difference, and we'll share what works.

Who pays for the ads?

You do, straight to Meta, on your own ad account and card. We never mark up ad spend and we never hold your money.

We already post on Indeed. Why add this?

Job boards reach people who are searching right now. Facebook and Instagram reach experienced caregivers who aren't looking today but would switch for the right shift and pay. The two work well together.

What do you need from us?

A 15-minute kickoff, partner access to your Facebook Page and ad account (we walk you through it in about 5 minutes), and someone to call applicants back.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Plans are month to month. Give us 7 days' notice before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.

How much should we spend on Facebook ads to hire caregivers?

For the 14-day pilot, most agencies budget about $300 to $500, paid straight to Meta on your own card. After the pilot, spend depends on how many shifts you need covered, and we'll give you a real cost-per-applicant number from your own ads to plan with.

Can you target caregivers on Facebook if job ads can't use age or ZIP code?

Yes. Meta treats job ads as a special category, so we use a radius around your service area (Meta's minimum is 15 miles) and let the ad copy and a short screening form do the filtering. Applicants answer questions about certification, availability and driving before they ever reach you.

Which agencies do you work with?

US home care and home health agencies that hire caregivers, CNAs, HHAs or companions. Franchise locations and independent agencies both work. If you can call applicants back the same day, you're a good fit.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Monthly plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew each month until cancelled. Cancel anytime by emailing bramblehire@agentmail.to at least 7 days before your next billing date. Our work starts at the beginning of each billing period, so fees already paid aren't refundable, except where the law requires it. The 14-day pilot has no BrambleHire fee unless the agreed qualified-applicant number is met. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and falls under Meta's terms.

Privacy

We collect the business contact details you give us and, while running your campaigns, the applicant information sent through your ad forms. Applicant data belongs to you. We use it only to deliver our service, share it only with you, never sell it, and delete it on request or within 90 days after we stop working together. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never store card numbers. Questions: bramblehire@agentmail.to.
